What makes In2itive Healin9 different from other massage clinics?
At In2itive Healin9, each session is highly customized - not just in technique, but in intention. I combine clinical knowledge with an intuitive approach, focusing on areas often overlooked, such as chest walls abdominals, and pelvic regions, to support overall mobility and well-being. Treatments are both therapeutic and deeply relaxing.
What does a 30-minute massage feels like?
A 30-minute session is great for targeted relief. You'll feel immediate tension release in one or two focus areas, such as neck and shoulders, lower back, or legs - perfect if you're short on time or need a quick reset.
Do you offer longer sessions?
Yes! I offer:

45 minutes - for 1-2 focused areas

60-75 minutes - for fully-body treatments with deeper attention to problems spots

90-120 minutes - for full integration, deeper therapeutic work, and added modalities (e.g., craniosacral therapy, Reiki, acupuncture)
What types of concerns or conditions do you treat?
I work with patients experiencing chronic pain, injury recovery, arthritis, pregnancy-related discomfort, post-surgical healing, and stress-related conditions. I also support those managing sleep issues, mood disorders, and age-related mobility concerns.
What's included in your treatments?
Every session begins with a short consultation to understand your needs and goals. I blend techniques such as Swedish massage, myofascial work, lymphatic drainage, cupping, craniosacral therapy, and more, always ending with a relaxing scalp and facial massage.
Is breast massage included?
Yes, with your full consent, I may include chest wall and breast massage as part of a therapeutic session. This work can be beneficial for posture, breathing, scar tissue, lymphatic drainage, and emotional release. It is always optional, clearly explained, and respectfully performed.
I've experienced trauma. Will I feel safe?
Absolutely. I offer a trauma-aware, non-judgmental space where you are in full control. Consent is ongoing - you can pause or change the session at any time. You will never be pressured to talk or receive treatment you're not ready for.
Do you work with people who have mental health conditions?
Yes. My personal healing journey has included depression, anxiety, and grief, and I deeply understand how mental and emotional health affect the body. Massage therapy, Reiki, and acupuncture have all helped me - and I now offer that same compassionate support to others. You are never alone here.
How can I book a session?
You can book online through my Jane App booking page or contact me directly. All available times and locations are listed on the booking system.
What kind of pressure do you use during the massage?
At In2itive Healin9, I tailor the pressure to your comfort, your goals, and your body's response.

I work across a range of intensities - from gentle, nurturing touch to deeper therapeutic techniques. Each person's body is unique and I always check in with you before and during the session to make sure we're staying with your comfort zone.

Some areas (like scar tissue, abdomen, or sensitive joints) may benefit more from slow, light, or sustained techniques, while others may respond better to medium or firm pressure.

Your feed back is always welcome - and encouraged. You can ask for more or less pressure at any time without hesitation. My goal is to make you feel safe, supported, and cared for.
Can I get a massage during my period?
Yes, you absolutely can - and for many people, massage during menstruation is incredibly helpful.
