Meet Your Therapist
"Massage isn't just what I do - it's how I help people feel whole again."
About Me
Meet Linda
Hi there! I'm Lan (but you can call me Linda).

I graduated from Sutherland-Chan in 2022, but my journey into massage therapy began much earlier. Before becoming an RMT, I spend 20 years in accounting. While that career gave me valuable professional skills, I always felt a strong calling to the health and medical field.
Starting a family early meant putting that dream on hold - but I never let it go. Eventually, I made the leap into healthcare, and I haven't looked back.

Finding My Path
Switching careers after two decades wasn't easy, but it was worth it. My background gave me an "outside-the-box" mindset and a fresh perspective, which I bring into every treatment.
Through both education and hands-on experience, I've developed a unique therapeutic identity that blends clinical knowledge with creativity.

Supporting My Patients
I've had the privilege of helping people manage:
-
Arthritis, joint pain
-
Pregnancy-related discomfort
-
Mood and sleep disorders
-
Age-related issues
-
Stress and trauma-related conditions
Every experiences has shaped the way I work - with empathy, adaptability, and intention.

My Approach to Treatment
My treatments are a fusion of techniques including:
-
Myofascial work
-
Positional release
-
Swedish massage
-
Lymphatic drainage
-
Scar tissue therapy
-
Reiki, craniosacral therapy, hydrotherapy
-
Myofascial cupping & contemporary medical acupuncture
Each session is tailored to the individual and rooted in my belief that healing is both physical and emotional.

I also focus on areas often overlooked - such as the chest wall, breast tissue, abdomen, pelvis, inner thighs, feet, and hands - to support circulation, mobility, and overall well-being. Every treatment ends with a calming scalp and facial massage, offering a moment of stillness and deep "Zen."

More Than Just Massage
For me, this work is about more than muscles or technique. It's about creating a space where people feel seen, cared for, and restored.
If you're seeking more than just a massage - something therapeutic, intuitive, and deeply restorative - you're in the right place.

A Personal Chapter
This work is deeply personal for me. During the pandemic, I lost my mother to a pulmonary embolism. I paused my studies for a year to grieve and care for my mental health.
That time taught me so much about trauma, resilience, and the power of support. Healing isn't linear - and we don't have to do it alone.

Massage, reiki, acupuncture, and therapy helped me reconnect with myself. Today, I share those tools with others.
Outside the Clinic
When I'm not with patients, I love:
-
Watching Korean and Chinese dramas
-
Building LEGO and doing arts & crafts with my kids
-
Playing beach and indoor volleyball
-
Recharging with monthly spa visits with a close friend
These little joys keep me grounded and balanced - so I can bring my best energy into the clinic.

My Mission
As a massage therapist, I believe in the power of compassionate touch. I believe one session - one moment of being fully present with another person - can be transformative.

My mission is simple: to help you feel better in your body and mind, so you can move forward with greater ease, peace, and possibility.
